2. Description of Service

SousCheff is a kitchen inventory management and meal planning application designed to help you track your food items, reduce food waste, and discover recipes based on your available ingredients.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within the App, including inventory items, shopping lists, and meal plans. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data to provide our services.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Upload malicious code or content
• Impersonate any person or entity

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• Some features may require a paid subscription ("SousCheff Pro").
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Payments are processed through Apple App Store and are subject to their terms.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SousCheff and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

SousCheff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
